Requests for proposals by invitation
When professional services or renovation work, for an estimated value of 99,999$ taxes included or less are required, the Office municipal d’habitation de Laval forwards the request for proposals documents by email to invited firms. Over the years, the Office municipal d’habitation de Laval has built a bank of professionals and entrepreneurs who are regularly invited to respond to its requests for proposals
Professionals and entrepreneurs wishing to be added to the bank of suppliers must make a request to the technical and development services of the Office municipal d’habitation de Laval.
Public requests for proposals
When professional services or renovation work, for an estimated value of over $ 100,000 taxes included are required, the Office municipal d’habitation de Laval will publish the request for proposals documents via the electronic tendering system of the Government of Quebec (SEAO)
Obtaining documents on the SEAO is subject to the pricing of this body. To have the right to respond to the requests for proposals, the tenderer must obtain the documents on its own name through SEAO.
