Nicole Boisvert is now retired and a tenant at the Office. She is a volunteer who is very involved with tenant associations.

While the Office was looking for tenants to sit on the Board of Advisors nine years ago, Ms. Boisvert volunteered and has since contributed to the development of social and affordable housing in Laval!
