Nicholas Borne is a City Councillor for Laval-les-Îles and a member of the executive committee of the city of Laval. The main issues he deals with are sports and recreation, building management and housing.

Mr. Borne was previously a teacher at the Nagano School Board in Japan, as well as a representative and advisor for Marquis Imprimeur.
