Vice-president at Colliers Maîtres de projets, Jean-Stéphane Bédard is a graduate of Polytechnique in civil engineering and holds a master's degree in engineering management from the University of Sherbrooke. He later completed an accelerated program in management at Harvard Business School as well as training in artificial intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The rapid decline in affordability in the real estate market affects an increasing proportion of our society and Mr. Bédard fears that this situation will accelerate in the coming years. He therefore wishes to put his experience and knowledge at the service of those seeking to implement solutions.

A fan of fly fishing, Mr. Bédard is also an unconditional fan of the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL)!
